In this session, I track your field with precision to locate the root source—whether it’s emotional, ancestral, spiritual, or energetic—and support your system in releasing it.

I think it is so important to give you the space to see how your interactions play out after sessions in the world but lets not wait till the next session. The transformation is most profound in that moment so text me if your feeling a lot, voicenote me even too. I love voicenotes they are so important for talking out your own issues and seeing how your body, your heart guides you to a realization naturally but I am there too to catch and support you.

  • In a session you can expect first and foremost I let spirit guide us. I am not bringing an organized calendar to my sessions unless I have a sparked interest to note something down. What you can imagine is you showing up and sharing whats on your heart, what’s been weighing on you or showing up and from there we intuitively move through healing conversation or active healing through different modalities. Its pretty profound when you surrender to letting your soul guide you through exactly what you need in a session.
